Positive: Hotel manager was kind enough to let me check in early even without me asking for it, just because he knew I was already in town! He also greeted me later at the apartment to make sure everything is ok. The hotel has thought of small things that make a big difference, like having umbrellas to borrow for free.
Negative: The only thing that made me a bit sad was that during checkout I didn't get any messages from him even after I notified him that I had checked out and that I had left some complimentary products as a gift for the next guest.

Positive: Very clean & tidy, Big bathroom. Near enough brand new, Well thought out accommodation, 5 minutes to the old town with a lovely park opposite. Parking onsite round the back. Krzysztof was an excellent host throughout our stay 10/10

Positive: We stayed here for 3 nights having never been to Krakow before. Krzysztof was very helpful and friendly and assisted us with our baggage. He even let us check in a few hours early after we arrived earlier than expected. The whole apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable and its in a fantastic location only 5/10 minute walk away from the main square. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Positive: Staff were amazing and very accommodating, they even carried luggage to our room which saved us carrying heavy suit cases up a full flight of stairs. Location was perfect and only a short 5 min walk to the market square. Apartment was clean and inviting and quite big which was great and had everything you needed down to umbrella.
